Emily Marshall

Emily is the Chief of Information and Public Relations for the Rhode Island Department of Housing, a state department dedicated to providing opportunities for affordable housing and the implementation of the State’s plan to end homelessness. 

In her role, she serves as the central hub for information dissemination and public relations, coordinates, create, and share content for social media and press outlets, and establishes and maintains relationships with both internal and external communities. Emily graduated from Roger Williams University in 2022 with a degree in Public and Professional Writing and Biology. Emily is from, and currently resided in, Bristol, Rhode Island, where she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, writing, and doing pilates!
